IAAS is a 14-week program that focuses on furthering the education of junior marketing professionals in the advertising industry. Now in its ninth year, the program has trained over 250 of New England’s best advertising industry professionals, keeping them on the cutting edge of a constantly changing industry. Through an in-depth study of agency disciplines—everything from account planning to new media—participants receive a fresh perspective on the advertising landscape and are able to better understand agency fulfillment as a whole.

We were split into groups and asked to provide Marriott International with a highly strategic and comprehensive creative marketing plan,” Ms. Mahoney remarks. “The best part was when we presented our new business pitch to Marriot International’s Director of Marketing and senior agency management.”
